SAM is an agent that takes the inbox as a job, not a feed. It's briefed on the business it works for — opening hours, pricing, what counts as a quote, what counts as spam — and from there it filters, summarises, drafts, books appointments, and chases the quotes nobody else does.
Three packages. AI usage included. No token-based billing. No surprise API invoices.
We do not bill by token usage. Hosting, monitoring, and the agent's AI consumption are part of the package. Where mailbox volume, automated workflows, attachments, or reply generation materially exceed the intended use, we recommend moving to a larger package rather than re-billing for tokens.
AI usage is included within each package for normal business inbox activity. Pricing or package recommendations may be reviewed where mailbox volume, automated workflows, attachment processing, or reply generation materially exceeds the intended use of the selected package.
We do not bill clients by token usage. Any usage review is based on business-level activity such as mailbox volume, number of drafted or sent replies, number of connected mailboxes, integrations, and support requirements.

A short brief is enough to start. We read every enquiry ourselves and reply within two working days.
